Yu-Gi-Oh! fans have been living off the anime and side-story series for quiet awhile now. It's been a long time since we've had new manga to read. The last update we got for the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga was back in March of 2004, (Japan) and it wasn't released for North America until 2008. We waited, begged - even tried black magic and final our dreams have be answered.

Will soon be able to read the manga once again. With the new Yu-Gi-Oh! Feature film coming our way soon, Mangaka (Author), Kazuki Takahashi is bring us back to our childhoods by writing two new chapters for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Manga that will connect the new feature film Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions to his manga.

How awesome did that trailer look? Super flipping that's how much! I'm so excited for the film and manga like can you hear my screams! As for the new chapters they will release one week after another in a two week span in next month in world's most popular manga magazine, "Weekly Shōnen Jump" April issues 19 and 20. The first issue is schedule to release on the 11th with a collectible trading card for the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game. Issue 20 is coming out on the 18th - they're just throwing so much Yu-GI-Oh! at us like I'm not mentally ready! The film will have it's premiere on 23rd of April in Japan and later on internationally - so get ready fans everywhere, we're getting our Yugi back!

Sounds amazing, but if your not well acquainted with Yu-Gi-Oh! - Your a horrible person, leave this place! Just kidding, I'm not that mean. So here's a quick summary of what the anime is about from the official site.

Meet Yugi and his best buds Joey, Tristan and Téa. They share a love for the newest game that’s sweeping the nation: Duel Monsters!

Duel Monsters is a card-battling game in which players put different mystical creatures against one another in creative and strategic duels! Packed with awesome monsters and mighty spell cards, Yugi and his friends are totally obsessed with the game.

But there’s more to this card game than meets the eye!

Legend has it five thousand years ago, ancient Egyptian Pharaohs used to play a magical game very similar to Duel Monsters. This ancient game involved magical ceremonies, which were used to foresee the future and ultimately decide one’s destiny. They called it the Shadow Games. Since the game used so many magical spells and ferocious creatures, it wasn’t long before the game got out of hand and threatened to destroy the world. Fortunately, a brave Pharaoh stepped in and averted this cataclysm. But there’s more to this card game than meets the eye!

I hope you all check out the film when it's released, I know it's bound to be great. If you would like to check out the anime before the film is released in April, you can watch all previous episodes at their official site and if you would like to read the manga you can read it at various sites online but, it always helps to get it officially from the author to support their work.
