Sinatra Jr. was also a singer, and died of cardiac arrest while on tour in Daytona Beach, Florida. He had been scheduled to perform a concert of his father's music at The Peabody Auditorium tomorrow night.

Frank was the middle child between Nancy and younger sister Tina Sinatra, who is a TV producer.

He followed his father into music and began his career by singing in a swing jazz band aged 19 until he progressed to becoming the musical director and conductor for Frank Sr.

He made headlines in 1963 when he was kidnapped aged 19, and was released after two days for a ransom of $240,000.
