Here is the spectacular new trailer to X-Men: Apocalypse. Enjoy every second of it as much as I did, but after, let us chat about that scene that may possibly be showing us something in the realm of a spoiler.

It's fair to say the death toll will be in the hundreds of thousands, eclipsing Man of Steel and both of the Avengers movies.

This is by far the best look at Apocalypse we've seen, before and after his transformation.

We see more of Storm before she chose to align herself with Apocalypse, or was brainwashed to do so.

This trailer was darker, and it showed us the scale of this movie. Not only is he looking to control mutants, but he want to eradicate anyone that is not. I'm looking forwards to seeing Oscar Isaac's portrayal of Apocalypse, and how the new cast of X-Men come together.

The action scenes in previous X-Men films have been the most fascinating, with both combatants having powers, and how they put them to use during battle is great to see, except in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and their use of Deadpool.

A lot of fans would have preferred they use the storyline from the very popular comic book arc 'Age of Apocalypse.' This would have introduced us to an alternate world that is ruled by Apocalypse and his Horsemen.

Against Magneto and his resistance.

This is where I think you should stop reading if you don't want any possible spoilers.

Could we be seeing the demise of Havok in X-Men: Apocalypse? From the looks of the trailer it seems as though he is putting all he has to stop the control Apocalypse has over Charles while connected to Cerebro. Other than the scene with the Agent and inside Cerebro (wearing the same clothes), we don't see much more of Havok in the trailers or promotions.

Even in the display he is nowhere to be found.

Empire Magazine's new covers are amazing, and they also do not show us Havok in his possible X-uniform.

I'm still really curious to see how Wolverine's absence is explained. He's been rumored to appear in a cameo. He is one of the most powerful mutants Professor X has and the most battle tested.

The Official Synopsis Is As Follows

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel's X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto, to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven with the help of Professor X must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
