Today's the day when 'Marvel's Daredevil' Season 2 finally arrives on our TV screens. And thanks to some incredibly dedicated people, today is also the day we get our first official look at 'Marvel's Luke Cage' and its logo.
If your crave for Daredevil is so strong that you managed to watch 13 hours of television in less than one day, you can watch the first teaser for the Luke Cage TV series in the second season's last episode. Since it's currently not available outside of Netflix, I will put a description of the scene but first of all, take a look at the official logo:
The teaser goes like this. Description courtesy of Collider.com:
We see Luke showing up at a gym, telling some goons pointing guns at him, “I guess you guys haven’t heard about me.” Evidently not, since they fire away at him, which of course, he is impervious to. “I’m about sick of always have to buy new clothes,” he says in the most menacing way possible.
Here's a picture from the teaser:
What could this footage mean for the overall arc of the surely first season? We know Cage will be facing against Cottonmouth but given the little context provided in the clip, there is not much to go by for overall information. Below is the first picture Netflix released for the antagonist:
One thing's for sure though: Luke Cage is no pushover. 'Marvel's Luke Cage' will release on September 30th, 2016. Will you be watching it day one?
