I don't know about you guys, but I'm already salivating for details about American Horror Story Season 6. Hotel is fresh in its grave and already Ryan Murphy is dropping little hints about what we can expect for AHS Season 6, telling EW:
“The interesting thing about this season is we’ve been working on two ideas at once, which we’ve never done. I don’t want to say what it is, but I will tell you that every darling person up here that wants to come back can come back.”
We'd been previously told that AHS6 will follow "two timelines," but didn't know that we could see practically all of our favorites return. In attendance at the panel above were Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Denis O’Hare, Angela Bassett, Matt Bomer, Wes Bentley, Cheyenne Jackson and Finn Wittrock, so these are the people Murphy was referring to when he said "every darling person up here that wants to come back can come back." We're already pretty sure that Bassett and Gaga will be returning.
Murphy continued by talking about the feel of the show:
“The show has always felt to me like an opera. Both things that we’re writing right now, we haven’t yet declared the winner, will have a different form than we’ve ever done, so we’re excited about that. We’ll talk about it soon, but we haven’t landed on it.”
We know now that the Slender Man rumor was not true, but you can check out some other cool ideas for themes for American Horror Story Season 6.
Oh, and that Connected Universe theory of AHS? Murphy's right on board with it, and going to give us more:
“The deeper that we go into the series — hopefully we’ll last decades and decades — you will see that there’s a definite universe and all the worlds are collided, sometimes in a very bizarre, interesting way. You will be seeing more and more of that as we go along.”
What would you like to see in 'American Horror Story' Season 6?
