'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' premiered yesterday in theaters to a strong box office but lukewarm critical reception. Still. that doesn't erase the fact that the film is expected to have an ultimate cut released for home video, and thanks to, when we can own the film and what comes with it is no longer a mystery.

First of all, the release date for the standard blu-ray edition is:

July 16th, 2016

The film will come in three separate edition, with all including a 2D and 3D version: One with the standard blu-ray package for the ultimate and theatrical cut and two more that include separate statues of Batman and Superman. Check them out:

The standard edition is currently priced at $35.99

The special editions with the statues are priced at 130 euros ($145) according to Amazon with an expected release date of:

July 27th, 2016

The ultimate cut will include 30 minutes of additional scenes, making a runtime of 3 hours and 11 minutes and will also be R-rated. In the extended version, characters like the rumored Barbara Gordon portrayed by actress Jena Malone are expected to make an appearance.
