Forget the Hall of Doom or a volcano lair, the latest and greatest place to take over the world from is inside a giant serpent. Looking like something wished up by Jafar from Aladdin, Russian architect Vasily Klyukin has designed the 'Asian Cobra Tower' from his base in Monaco. The Cobra Tower is certainly a place that could give Bruce Wayne's Batcave a run for its money!

Intended to be built in The Middle East (hence the name), the Cobra Tower will also change colour from day to night like a snake changes its skin. Klyukin says that the Cobra Tower is "predicting the future" of designs. His previous works include a woman-shaped skyscraper dubbed "Venus", a jaguar shaped building and even yachts with detachable jets...we are still waiting for the sharks with lasers on their heads though.

Whilst the size is still unknown, the plans look like a pretty impressive landmark that could dominate any city skyline. The current suggested use is for offices and apartments, with a proposed nightclub/restaurant in its jaws, however we suggest dropping your favourite superhero from the snake's mouth may be a better use of the structure.

Klyukin says:

In Japan telling someone that he is a snake means a compliment. In China snakes and dragons often mean the same...The symbol of wisdom and eternal life, this tower would embellish any Eastern city

The diamond shaped patterns on the back of the building suggest yin and yang, but could just as easily represent good vs. evil in our eyes. So if the commute to an underwater sea cave is getting you down, or the rent is too high on your flying gunship, get in touch with Klyukin and crab yourself a Cobra Tower.
