In a fun-filled preview for the primetime special of James Cordon's Carpool Karaoke, the Late Late Show host raps his way through a one-minute celebration that features a surprise appearance from Jennifer Lopez!

In the full-on musical teaser, Cordon spits bars to the sounds of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis's "Downtown," with lyrics such as:

"I went to my network boss and said screw it. My boss was like how about a special? You want to do it?"

And goes on to state that "viewers will watch it. Critics will judge it" and of course it'll be "way over budget," and I think we can all agree that if J.Lo is the special guest, that is money very well spent.

"I'll make your TV shine brighter than a halo. All leading up to a carpool with J.Lo."

Corden's Carpool Karaoke segment has brought the Late Late Show's YouTube channel more than 800 million views via appearances from Adele, Justin Bieber and One Direction. With that in mind then, it seems an obvious move that the show's producers are already considering options for a dedicated spin-off series.
