Yes, I realize that it's April 1st, but this is NOT a joke! The date is purely coincidental.
Alright, it's time to talk about my absolute favorite. The best, according to me. Him. The Star-Spangled Man, Captain America! Captain America is everything I want to be. Cap is the kind of hero you want on your team, and I'm on his side for his next movie. Here are my thoughts and the facts of America's greatest hero!
Stephen Rogers, a.k.a Captain America is everything I want to be as a man. He's selfless, and always puts his friends before him. It doesn't matter if it's his pal Bucky or a homeless person on the street. One of his great exploits was infiltrating a H.Y.D.R.A base to rescue Bucky and his team singlehandedly. He put his own safety in jeopardy for his best friend. And he wanted to do it for his country. Attempting to join the Army just shows Cap's selflessness. Captain America willingly storms down the frontline of war. He's always ready! Whether it's against an army of aliens or H.Y.D.R.A agents. Captain America is brave. He always stands up against bullies. Just thinking about this gives me chills. I really wish he was real, so back in the day when I was constantly bullied in Middle School, Captain America would walk up to them and tell them to leave me alone. His zero tolerance of bullies is the reason I hold him up in high esteem! He's also extremely powerful. In Age of Ultron, he literally threw an entire motorcycle towards a legion of H.Y.D.R.A. agents while riding it! One of the songs I listen to in my work out is the Captain America March from his first movie, so I can be strong like him. He's just everything I want to be as a man.
Captain America is an essential asset to anyone's team. That's why he's often referred to as the leader of The Avengers. Captain America is a master of all types of martial arts. He can benchpress over eleven thousand pounds. He's a multi-lingual acrobat who can also run an entire mile in seventy three seconds! His brain can process images faster than an average everyday human. His iconic shield is made from proto-adamantium and vibranium. It's virtually indestructible! Captain America can also catch a flying torpedo with his barehands. He even once survived a fight with the Incredible Hulk. And in the comic books, Captain America was even deemed worthy to wield Thor's magic hammer. So if you're on a team of heroes, you must have Captain America with you.
You can bet your life I'm on Team Captain America. Tony Stark is not an efficient leader. He's cocky, arrogant, and is extremely selfish. Which led him to create Ultron (in the movie), endangering the innocent people of Sokovia. So really, it's Tony's fault that the Super Hero Registration Act is being established in Captain America: Civil War! So Captain America is standing up to Iron Man and the United States Government against this unnecessary law. He has to deal with the mess Iron Man created in Age of Ultron. And you know what? I can't wait to see Captain America kick Tony Stark's rich, egocentric, and metal ass!!! (Pardon my language.)
Captain America is without a doubt my favorite super hero of all time. He's everything I want to be as a man. He's an essential asset to anyone's team. And I'm rooting for him, Bucky, Ant-Man, Scarlet Witch, and Hawkeye this May. (Even though I'm also excited that Spider-Man is on Team Iron Man.) GO TEAM CAPTAIN AMERICA!!!!!!!
