We've all been embarrassed by our parents at some point in our lives — either mom is cheering louder than everyone else from the football sideline or dad walks in when you're trying to be romantic with your latest crush.

When your parents are super-famous this embarrassment is all the more acute as the world's cameras are ready to capture every syllable and movement of lovey-dovey affection at your expense.

Check out how these six celebrity clans shame their kids with public adoration:

5. Channing Tatum

Kid: Everly Tatum, age 2

Tatum isn't afraid of talking about the strange and wonderful things that a person must go through after his or her child has been born:

"I'm solid at changing a diaper now... If a guy isn't good at changing a diaper, I don't know what he's there for really."

Imagine coming across that little nugget of wisdom in later life! As well as looking after kids, Channing has several pets — including a horse and a dog. He combined the two in this photograph, posted in mourning for the loss of the family goat in November 2015:

4. David And Victoria Beckham

Kids: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, Harper; ages 17, 13, 11 and 4

Posh and Becks have had four kids together. Because of the constant media attention the parents attract it would be difficult for the kids to avoid having had some cringeworthy moments in the spotlight with mom and dad.

On an outing last Christmas, Dave and Brooklyn went for a festive outing. The ex-footballer couldn't resist an embarrassing Instagram with his then 16-year-old with the caption:

"Brooklyn looking his cool self... Sorry but I had to post this.. Love you big boy".

And Victoria wasn't embarrassed to show off the cool shirt she bought for Brooklyn:

Brooklyn was papped again by proud pops with the caption:

"Not bad for his first time fishing... A nice John Dory that the captain said its the 2nd biggest one he had seen... very proud".

Victoria couldn't not post this cute family Christmas Instagram:

Kids: Jaden, Willow and Trey; ages 17, 15, 23

Now the Fresh Prince is a fresh king with three full-grown kids running around. He takes them with him to previews and TV show interviews. Unfortunately for Jaden he can't seem to hold back on showing the cameras just how proud he is.

The photos led Jaden to tell Cambio in 2013:

"I appreciate the love, but there's a time and place to kiss somebody".

The shame, the shame!

Kids: Malia (17) and Sasha (14)

I'd be shouting about my kids to the world too, if they'd been voted as two of "The 25 Most Influential Teens of 2014" by Time magazine. The power pair reign it in a little more than the above celebs, but they still wax lyrical about their little 'uns whenever they get a chance:

Michelle said to news organization ET:

"Barack and I take great joy in embarrassing our children. We threaten them. Sometimes when you see me whispering to them in a crowd I'm saying, 'Sit up or I'm going to embarrass you. I'm going to start dancing,'

While Barack said to Today:

"I think they would say that I am good, fun dad who teeters on the edge of being embarrassing sometimes. As Malia put it, I'm right on the edge but I usually stay on the right side of the edge of being funny rather than totally humiliating to them."
