DC fans rejoice — we've finally got our first sneak peek at the upcoming animated film based on The Killing Joke! Centered around the iconic graphic novel by Brian Bolland and Alan Moore, the film is expected to release this year. Rumors suggest The Killing Joke will premiere this July at the San Diego Comic-Con, so if you're anywhere near there this summer, make sure to pick up some tickets to the Con, and check out the film!
The teaser may be short, but doesn't it get you pumped to watch the film? I know I'm excited. Reprising their roles at Batman and Joker are Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill, and it's great to see them voicing these iconic characters again. This animated film is going to show how truly violent Batman can get and with such a strong story, this film is going to be everything a DC fan could ask for and maybe even more. Check out the teaser below:

Earlier today there was a 12-minute clip floating around the Internet — however, it seems that it was blocked by Warner Bros. only a few hours after it was released. I, for one, am pretty damn happy with just the teaser — the teaser alone has got me super excited for this movie!
After looking around, I did stumble across a 10-minute video featuring the likes of producer Bruce Timm and director Sam Liu discussing the making of the film, and what makes this storyline so notorious and iconic. Namely, they hammer home the chilling idea that each and every one of us is just one bad day away from becoming as twisted as The Joker. I'm not 100% sure if this is the fabled 12-minute clip, but I shall share it below for you lovely folks anyway.
