Good news for the fans, Theo Raeken (Cody Christian) is returning to Teen Wolf in Season 6. Confirmed at OZComic-Con.
The chimera was dragged into the bowels of the earth in season 5, but that doesn't mean the teenage villain won't return.
We all thought the villainous chimera received his just desserts in "Apotheosis," but it seems his time under the earth won't last quite as long as we thought.
Kira (Arden Cho) and the skin walkers arranged for Theo's (Cody Christian) sister to get her post-mortem revenge, and while Theo was sucked into the bowels of the earth, fans can rest assured that he, like most Teen Wolf baddies, is still alive and kicking.
But don't get your hopes up, because OZComic-Con might not be right after all. Cody said on Twitter this morning he only said he was alive and might still not return.
But maybe Jeff made him say that!
Jake T. Austin and Ross Lynch joining the cast of Teen Wolf?
Wait, what That’s probably the rumor that everyone speaks the last few hours: the production of Teen Wolf is on track to hire new players for this season 6. Planned as the final season of his showrunner, Jeff Davis , the next round of episodes will aim to propose new intrigues viewers who, admittedly, were slightly less numerous this year. Note that “Consumed by guilt” , Theo could also return to his. So, MTV is a party in search of new faces can bring the series when starting Scott, Stiles and Lydia , consolidating pack (coming) Liam. And it is on two well-known faces from the small screen as the choice could be doing well.
While the rumor says that both these boys have been close to the set of Teen Wolf, it's just a rumor and nothing has been confirmed yet.
Christian Post noted that there have been speculations that the new additions were due to the departure of Tyler Hoechlin. The actor will be missed in the upcoming season as he is currently involved in the movie “Fifty Shades Darker.” Aside from Hoechlin, there were rumours that Ian Bohen will also be absent in season six.
Creator Jeff Davis earlier explained that there will be a tighter bond between the werewolves in the new pack, Christian Post wrote.
They'll also introduce a new face to the cast, a new charming young teacher called Mr. Garret Douglas. Pete Ploszek will portray this character.
What's up with the Nazi werewolf?
Davis revealed to TVLine that the man who crawled out of the tank at the Dread Doctors' hideout at the end of the season 5 finale was the Nazi werewolf. Although Davis confirmed that Nazi werewolf is one of the three new villains in season 6, he didn't offer a clue about what makes the new character a baddie. His identity and what he's up to also remain a mystery.
At the end of the season 5 finale, Scott drove his girlfriend Kira back to the Skinwalkers. Davis told Entertainment Weekly that the thunder kitsune is going to be with the Skinwalkers for a while to learn how to control her fox spirit much better, but how long will she be gone? Is her training with the Skinwalkers going to affect her relationship with Scott? So will she return?
Showrunner Jeff Davis revealed in his interview with TV Guide that Scott, who is played by the handsome actor Tyler Posey and some of his friends will be busy as the second semester of the school year approaches. The creator said that the characters might experience anxiety since graduation is just around the corner.
As for Scott's major battle, Davis teased the viewers by saying that it will be challenging for the main stars. "There will be another threat that is worrisome," the head of the show said. "That has to do with the different mythology that we're exploring for Season 6, which is a pretty big one for us and technically very difficult for us."
Meanwhile, he revealed on a different site that Tyler's girlfriend, Kira, might not return for the next season. "It's about where the show and the characters are all headed as we start to hand things off to our 2.0 characters," as Davis told TV Line.
Teen Wolf is expected to do something very similar to Glee after season 6, according to Ryan's Blog. Teen Wolf would be a 1 hour tv show in the future and the older cast would go and leave together in a new scary town. Arden Cho and Daniel Sharman included, also Theo Raeken (Cody Christian). Aaron Thornton who plays Deputy Strauss would move to that new town and a new sheriff would be a big part. While the younger cast stays in Beacon Hills, including Sheriff, Melissa, etc. What would still be cool is they cross paths a lot.
Given that information, it is not surprising that the confirmation of "Teen Wolf" season 6 sparked speculations about what it would give to the audience. According to Jeff Davis, executive producer of the hit TV show, the upcoming "Teen Wolf" season 6 is said to highlight the love story of Stiles, played by Dylan O'Brien, and Lydia, who is being played by Holland Roden. Davis added in his interview with TVLine that the romance between Lydia and Stiles will play a major factor in the upcoming season.
Aside from romance, the newest season is said to introduce two new villains. The series do indeed need an innovation in terms of the bad guys. That is why Davis inserted a Nazi werewolf to further thrill spectators. The Nazi werewolf is expected to be highly terrifying, that even the people watching at home would feel its scary aura.
Ian Bohen is set to return in season 6. He was seen on set with pictures and well reading a script. On After After Buzz one of the writers already confirmed a parent will be poping up in season 6. What could've been her adopted father, but it's Peter Hale.
Deucalion (Gideon Emery) is set to return in episode 1 of season 6. But it's just a rumor and something i saw on IMDB.
According to Davis, season 6 will be a ghost story. "We're big fans of genre in the writer's room. With Season 5b we said, "This is going to be a monster movie." With Season 6 we have a very clear idea that it's going to be a ghost story."
The creator teased a lot of WWII scenes and the Nazi werewolf as the main villain. Davis said, "He will be lurking about Season 6 and causing a lot of trouble. It may actually allow us to explore another episode in WWII. We had a lot of fun doing the fox and the wolf with the Japanese internment camp episode so we may revisit that."
So we might get a big flashback episode soon.
While other rumors say that Stiles will get a villain after him and Theo will save him. That this will be a part of Stiles storyline and we get to see Theo's redemption in more of an Anti Hero way.
Some rumors say that JR Bourne won't be returning as Chris Argent in season 7, if there's a season 7. Daniel Sharman would get adopted by Chris (off screen) and come back in episode 10 as Isaac Argent. Even tho this are just rumors.
The only confirmed cast are: Tyler Posey, Dylan O'Brien, Dylan Sprayberry, Holland Roden, Linden Ashby, Shelley Hennig, Melissa Ponzio, Victoria Moroles, Ryan Kelley, Michael Johnston, Khylin Rhambo, JR Bourne, Pete Ploszek and now according to multiple sites Cody Christian. (Not officialy confirmed)
So don't get your hopes up for Colton Haynes, Daniel Sharman, Charlie Carver, Jake T. Austin, Ross Lynch, Crystal Reed and Gideon Emery.
We'll get to see something big happening to Stiles in the first episode, something to look forward too. A trailer of the first 3 or 4 Episodes is expected late April or beginning of May.
We'll also get to see a big storyline around Mason and Corey. Brett (Cody Saintgnue) will also show up, but it's not confirmed.
Jordan Parrish will deal with his day and night job. But how will it affect him?
Sheriff Stilinski will be in danger a lot this season.
Teen Wolf is expected to return in June, while other articles say that Teen Wolf might return in September, after the summer.
So we'll have to wait till this summer or fall to see what will happen.
