If you're in the mood for a slick-as-hell thriller that perfectly straddles the borderline between psychological drama and horror, check out The Ones Below. There's an extra treat for fans of Harry Potter and The Walking Dead, as Clemence Poesy (Fleur Delacour) and David Morrissey (The Governor) star! Check out the trailer.

Magnet Releasing is bringing this taut thriller to theaters and VOD on May 27. Here's the full synopsis in case the trailer didn't lay it out enough:

Kate is pregnant. Theresa is pregnant and moving in to the apartment below, with her partner. When the two women meet one spring morning, a special bond forms, developing into an intimate friendship as they move closer to the births of their babies. Until tragedy strikes. And changes everything. In the most violent and shocking way. With echoes of Hitchcock and Polanski, ‘The Ones Below’ is a terrifying psychological thriller of love, betrayal and revenge, bringing one woman’s personal nightmares vividly to life, amidst the affluent loneliness of the modern city.

The Ones Below hits theaters and VOD May 27, 2016.
