This week's short is brought to us by Spencer Susser and Daniel 'Cloud' Campos. Some of you may be familiar with Susser's previous work, Hesher, starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Susser and Campos premiered "Shiny" at this year's Sundance Film Festival where it was nominated for the Short Film Grand Jury Prize. Campos has mostly worked on other short films, and writing and directing Panic! At the Disco's "Emperor's New Clothes" music video.

It took Campos and Susser 20 days to shoot this stop motion adventure, and a massive amount of clothing. "Shiny" is a wonderful four minute treat with humor, action, and romance. After a woman has her purse stolen, it's up to a man from the mid west to retrieve her stolen item, and put to rest a world that's obsessed with the priceless, also known as, "The Shiny." The short shows the passion that Susser and Campos put into this project, and it's an enjoyable, must watch.

Without further ado, enjoy Campos and Susser's "Shiny."
