A month ago reports came out that Attack on Titan season two had been put on halt, to allow more of the manga to be released first. Well good news for all those fans out there, production is in full swing once again! The news was revealed by Tetsuro Araki, director of the series, in an interview with Bessatsu Shonen Magazine this month. The director has hinted the premiere could still be late 2016 and went on to say,

"It's rare to adapt manga with a storyline that's this impressive, so I will be extra cautious. Whether it's season 1 or season 2, I'll be mentally prepared to face the production challenges."

With the production in active status once again, fans can breath a sigh of relief as they look forward to more Titan fun and mayhem in the second series.
