Daredevil has been kicking us in the face with awesome story lines and amazing action. Fans can't get enough and are pleased with how well they are transitioning from the comics to the TV program. Sorry to say though, actor Charlie Cox has some bad news.
At a conference Charlie Cox stated:
"There was no conversation about joining any of the movies. Who wouldn't want to be in the highest-grossing film of all time?"
There you have it: Charlie Cox confirmed that Daredevil will not be in any big motion picture, at least for the time being. Netflix also confirmed that all the other Marvel TV stars would stay right where they were as well. This is a sad day, but the good news is that we still have hope for The Defenders. Oh yea, sorry I forgot to add — I have some great news as well!
Daredevil will star in 'Luke Cage'!
We are so excited for the upcoming Luke Cage, but since we have had confirmation that the next time we will see Daredevil in full costume will be in The Defenders there is also a huge chance we will see him in Luke Cage. Marvel has been rushing these projects to reach the set date for The Defenders and have to wrap up some of Daredevil's story arcs. He will most likely show up near the end of Luke Cage (so will other characters) as they all move onto the next big event.
Wait Just A Second
So the studio stated that they are trying to fit 68 characters — 68 — into the final chapter of Infinity Wars. We obviously know who some of them will be, but maybe fans can hold onto the feeling that Marvel may cast our small screen friends onto the big screen. Did I mention 68 characters?
So much happening all at once. What is going on?!
