Earlier today, actress/singer Lea Michele posted a couple of heartbreaking photos to mark a tragedy in her life and honor her loved ones who are no longer with us.

After her grandmother passed away recently, Michele received a touching tattoo in her memory, which she shared on social media.

I lost my beautiful grandma this week.. She wasn't your typical grandma. She gave me my first cup of coffee when I was 8 years old. She said something inappropriate to every boyfriend I've ever had. She never made pie or knit me a sweater. But she was my grandma and I loved her... More than anything.. I love you Grandma.

In addition to Michele's petite cup of coffee, she also paid tribute to her late boyfriend and Glee co-star Cory Monteith, who tragically passed away in 2013 at the age of 31 after an accidental overdose.

And one more.. for my Quarterback.. #5

On the show, Monteith played school quarterback Finn Hudson, who wore the number five on his jersey.

This is far from the first time Michele has kept Monteith's memory alive in the years since his passing. On the first anniversary of his death, she posted the following images paired with moving captions.

After Glee concluded its final season, Michele was sure to take one piece of the set home with her: Finn's jersey.

We send our condolences to Lea Michele and her family during this difficult time.
