If you're desperate for more details about Marvel's future plans, Kevin Feige just let a little nugget slip. Marvel head honcho Kevin Feige told iO9:

“We’re only working on what’s been announced through the end of 2019. And it is still a big chess board for 2020 and beyond, but certainly I would say 'Guardians 3' is [one film that’s] up there. I don’t know what exactly the order will be.”

Guardians looms large in Marvel's future, and rightly so given the glittering box office performance coupled with its excellent critical and fan reception. Apart from Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Marvel's 2020 roster is looking rather mysterious at present, reading simply:

  • Untitled Movie (2020) Released May 1, 2020.

  • Untitled Movie (2020) Released July 10, 2020.

  • Untitled Movie (2020) Released November 6, 2020

Maybe you're an ultra-organized person and have a four-year diary. If so, put those mystery dates in your giant date book at once! And have fun speculating about what these "Untitled Movies" might be. Perhaps Guardians 3 could help set up storylines for other characters in the Marvel canon?

Marvel's Phase 4
Marvel's Phase 4

Or maybe you can glean clues about Phase 4 from the existent Phase 3 pantheon:

  • Doctor Strange (2016)
  • Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)
  • Spider-Man (2017)
  • Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
  • Black Panther (2018)
  • Avengers: Infinity War Part I (2018)
  • Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018)
  • Captain Marvel (2019)
  • Avengers: Infinity War Part II (2019)
  • Inhumans (TBA)

Which movies do you think will make up Marvel's Phase 4?
