Spider-Man's return to the MCU has been a long time in the making, and it didn't take long for Tom Holland to feel comfortable with the other superheroes in Captain America: Civil War. If anything, he's helped teach the group a thing or two about sharing.

Last night was the premiere for Marvel's Captain America: Civil War, and in addition to looking dashing in his red carpet attire, Tom Holland decided to accessorize with a piece from Chris Evan's closet: his Captain America shield.

We saw Spider-Man take hold of the iconic shield in the Civil War trailer, but it looks like he still hasn't returned it as of last night's event. For someone on Team Iron Man, he seems to prefer Cap's red, white, and blue color scheme.

Clearly Holland has been doing a lot of physical training for his role, because he has no trouble wielding the heavy Vibranium shield.

Holland also brought his little brother Sam along for the premiere and let him hold onto the shield for a bit. Although he was sure to note that Sam was representing the wrong team.

I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see what Tom Holland will bring to this beloved Marvel character.

Marvel's 'Captain America: Civil War; premieres in theaters on May 6.
