Not a hoodie, nor sweats pants — he chose a specific type of fashion. The dress pants, preppy sweater, button-down shirt hint that he's here for business, albeit not too serious of a business. The open collar sans tie suggests he's here to negotiate a deal, but not trying to sue you in a court of law.
When it's time for the big Civil War fight, does he just rip the clothes off, male stripper style? We definitely see Vision as a folding man. We think he neatly stacks everything in an orderly pile before flying into action.
Is he going to save the world or is he going to pose for the cover of GQ? Vision has become the most stylish Avenger by default; Tony Stark has been fighting the wrong battle. The sartorial war has clearly been won by Vision, the best-dressed Avenger in this fashion clash.
But can't he just stay in his regular superhero catsuit? After all, when we let freakish androids wear human clothes and parade amongst us, they make sex tapes and end up take over the world. We call them the Kardashians. Beware, be very aware. See the clip for yourself.
Is anybody else getting a Mr. Rogers vibe from Vision?
