Bill and Ted's next excellent adventure is almost ready to shred its way onto the production stage according to one half of the Wyld Stallyns — Alex Winter — and reportedly the rockin' duo could be taking Bodacious Britain by storm.
Winters confirmed that the movie, which will also see Keanu Reeves reprise his role, is almost complete in a recent interview with Forbes:
"We have a script, we have a director, we have a studio – we’re just trying to nail down a start date. It’s certainly been a long time coming...Hopefully we’ll be shooting it shortly."
After years writhing around in the depths of bogus development hell it seems like script writers found inspiration from the the British isles, a source close to the production told The Sun that:
"The script is already written for the third film and much of it is set in the U.K. The whole film is going to have a huge British feel....They’ll time-travel through London and meet historical figures, meaning the Queen and Winston Churchill could get cameos
The threequel ostensibly follows the Wyld Stallyns' attempt to pen a song so triumphant that it has the power to totally change history, dude. It seems like maybe another resplendent romp through space and time could be the catalyst for the most outstanding piece of musical genius to grace the world.
The question is, will they be able to beat pieces of musical mastery like the one below?
Winter has recently said that Bill & Ted 3 will enter production late this year or in early 2017.
