It's borderline criminal that Freaks and Geeks was only given one season back when it first aired on TV screens in 1999, but perhaps it's for that reason the show is still so iconic today.

Following the story of Lindsey Weir, the high school mathlete who fell into the '"wrong" crowd — the "freaks," and her little brother Sam, the helpless "geek" trying to find his place in the social pecking order, not only did Freaks and Geeks resonate with teenagers across the globe, it provided an awesome jumping platform for some of the most famous faces in Hollywood today.
