One Taylor Swift fan decided to interpret the lyrics of the hit single "Shake It Off" literally, and danced her way out of the extra 154lbs that had been weighing her down. YouTuber Donnalouise Gragg from New Zealand posted this inspiring video of her shaking it all off.

40-year-old Donnalouise started her weight loss journey in February 2015. At the time, she had hit her heaviest weight ever: 290lbs. After trying to conceive, she got some troubling news from her doctor that motivated her to change her life. She told the Daily Mail Australia:
"It's very crushing to be told the only reason you are not pregnant is because of your weight but it's always been a problem for me, I've been big all my life."
On March 30, 2015, Gragg decided to have gastric bypass surgery, and began to truly shake off the weight. She went on:
"I lost quite a bit of weight leading up to the surgery, which was required, but after the surgery it just dropped off. I reached my goal weight of 70 kilograms [154lbs] within eight months and am now 60 kilograms [132lbs]."
Wow! Fantastic job, Donnalouise!
Gragg reports that she feels amazing now, and is overjoyed to be able to share her inspiring story with everyone. You can see even more great videos on her YouTube channel, WonkyCompass.
