FOX just uploaded a new clip from [X-Men: Apocalypse](tag:1194267) to follow up this week's killer Wolverine-teasing trailer.
The new clip is the expanded version of the scene from the trailer in which Agent Moira MacTaggert (the very beautiful Rose Byrne) talks to Professor X and Alex Summers about the history of Apocalypse himself. Check it out:
Showing Summers and Charles an ancient text written about En Sabah Nur, better known as Apocalypse, Moira's words seem to suggest she doesn't actually realize her audience are mutants themselves:
"These describe a specific set of powers greater than any man could possess."
You may recall that at the end of First Class, Charles has Moira's memory wiped so that she can return to her job at the FBI. Now, 20 years later, they cross paths again, and miraculously she still looks the same age!
Long story short: It would seem that the memory wipe was permanent. Will Charles and Moira resume their romance, or is the end of the world too big a distraction?
X-Men: Apocalypse hits May 27. Check out the final trailer above and tell me...
