Justin Bieber has managed to piss just about everyone off, including a lot of his often blindly loyal 'Beliebers,' by posing with and petting a chained tiger at a private party and sharing the moment on Instagram.

Unfortunately for Biebs, not many people saw the magic in a tatty-looking multi millionaire toying with an enslaved big cat and the comments section of the pic exploded with people slamming the star for his ignorance.

Bieber, who has a pretty bad history with exotic animals after abandoning his pet monkey in Germany, hasn't bowed to pressure and removed the image despite PETA publicly condemning him for his actions. The animal rights organization told The Mirror that:

Justin Bieber's lucky not to have had his throat torn out by this stressed captive tiger, as sometimes has happened to people in similar situations.

He's drawn to animals, but this was the very worst way for his father to have recognized that interest, because exotic animals are usually torn away from their mothers prematurely, beaten into submission by trainers, often doped up to be docile, and deprived of everything that's natural and important to them.

PETA asks all caring people to boycott the use and abuse of captive animals and also leave them out of human indulgences.

The photo is believed to have been taken at his father's engagement party in Toronto, Canada.

According to Peta, the tiger had been rented from Bowmanville Zoo whose owner has been charged with five counts of animal abuse after footage emerged of owner Michael Hackenberger viciously whipping a young tiger during a "training session."

Check out some of the comments from Bieber's Instagram followers below:

Justin Bieber hasn't made any comments about the offending image just yet, but here's hoping that he has learned his lesson and never hires a wild animal for entertainment again. Not cool, Justin.

Is it too late now for Justin to say sorry?
