Captain America: Civil War is probably the biggest superhero reunion Marvel Studios is yet to bring to the silver screen, and it's quite fun to imagine what it must be like for all the characters to get together. Granted, the Avengers already know each other, but there are some newcomers to the battle as well.

We saw some of Spider-Man's fanboy reaction — exclaiming "You have a metal arm? That is awesome, dude!" when he meets Bucky, a.k.a. the Winter Soldier — but Ant-Man clearly beats him in terms of hyperventilating and getting all awkward in front of his favorite superheroes. After all, he's probably the most human of them all, considering he was more or less dragged into superheroism without really asking for it.

Paul Rudd Is The Ultimate Marvel Fanboy

It looks like Rudd the actor was the same as his character on the set of Civil War. While on The Graham Norton Show with co-star Martin Freeman, he had to admit that shooting the movie felt like being 10 years old again:

"We shot Ant-Man, but I was alone on that, it was like working in a bubble, pretty much. And then all of a sudden I'm standing around and seeing Robert Downey Jr. in the Iron-Man suit and seeing Chris Evans and they're all there. I've seen the movies, and I felt like I was 10 years old! It was crazy!"

He then elaborated a bit on his awkward fangirling:

"I saw Sebastian Stan getting his arm, the silver arm on, and it felt like I was watching somebody bathing. I'm not supposed to see this! But I did, I went over and kind of felt the arm."

He also had to concede that it was pretty awesome to get to hold Cap's shield.

"Chris Evans had to run to the bathroom really quick, so he asked the prop guy [to] hold his shield. ... [It felt] a lot heavier than I imagined!"

Watch Ant-Man Meet Captain America

His attitude on set really matches his character's reaction the first time he gets to shake Captain America's hand:

"I'm shaking your hand too long. Wow. This is awesome. Captain America!"

Wouldn't we all stutter like that if we met Scarlet Witch, the Falcon, Hawkeye, Winter Soldier and Captain America all at once?
