From her first short in 2006 to her hit TV series Girls, several feature films, a global newsletter, and one memoir, Lena Dunham has never been one to rest on her laurels. Now, despite the recent announcements of new directorial projects and a feminist publishing house, Dunham has lent her insanely adaptable hand to the world of producing.

Partnering up with Girls executive producer Jenni Konner, the pair are exploring the sartorial struggles of transgender men in a new documentary for HBO entitled Suited.

Focusing primarily on the clientele of NYC bespoke tailoring label Bindle & Keep, the documentary aims to lift the veil on this — publicly, at least — undiscussed topic.

“For a lot of people with all kinds of bodies and identities, clothes can make or break every day of their life. No one contacts us and says, ‘I want a fitting’. They usually say, ‘This is my story.’”

Directed by Jason Benjamin, the project will air on HBO June 20th.
