It's been almost 15 years since Finding Nemo made us tear up at the story of a clownfish dad on a quest to find his son — but it's not like this family theme can ever be worn out. As director Andrew Stanton put it, "I couldn't stop thinking about Dory and how she didn't have the ability to find her way home if she ever got lost again."
Where are your parents, Dory? Everyone's favorite blue tang fish is so annoyingly forgetful and incredibly attaching at the same time, and we can't wait to bawl our eyes out at a good ol' family reunion scene. Until then, we've got a new trailer to feast our eyes on, which was teased yesterday with a sweet short video focusing on the new characters. You can also watch the first one here.

Pixar president Jim Morris had already explained that we'd get to see a lot of the California Marine Biology Institute.
"The movie will be mostly set at the California Marine Biology Institute, a huge complex of sea life rehabilitation and aquarium, where Dory was born and raised."
That also means more of these adorable otters!
What's In The Third Trailer For Finding Dory?
The new trailer is indeed packed with the new characters we didn't know yet from Finding Nemo: There's the couple of fish voiced by Bill Hader and Kate McKinnon, who met Dory when she was just a little baby.
Her friend Hank the octopus, and their adrenaline-filled adventures at the Marine Biology Institute — is there anything more awesome than an animal with the ability to camouflage?
Seriously, he's awesome.
But things get quite confusing.
And as Nemo points out, what will our friends do once Dory does find her parents?
Thankfully, there's always a cool animal to lighten up the mood: This is Becky the loon.
And more otters!
Early reviews called the new Pixar heartwarming and gorgeous, and this trailer surely won't change anyone's mind.
Finding Dory is out June 17. Don't forget!
