The brothers from another mother finally met outside their wombs! So naturally, a follow-up shot via Instagram was necessary after the original pregnancy post went viral.

In case you missed out on the "before" here's the 411. In November 2015, Instagram Fitness Model Chontel Duncan posted a photo of herself at 21.5 weeks pregnant next to her friend Natalie Smith, who was also expecting with a similar due date.

Both women have opposite physiques to begin with, but their pregnant bellies further differentiate them. By publishing this photo on her Facebook page, Duncan was hoping to promote a positive body-image, emphasizing that both pregnancies were equally healthy despite their varying appearances.

As predicted, Natalie gave birth in early March to her son Charlie, while Duncan's son Jeremiah was born later that month. The babies were healthy, the pregnancies were healthy, the positive attitudes were healthy. Congratulations to these two women whose predictions could not have been more accurate!

Duncan kept a detailed record of her pregnancy on Social Media, where she took pictures of the progression of her baby bump for the world to see. While appearing on Sunrise, she addressed the aggressive comments accusing her of harming the foetus with her workout regimen.

"If it [working out] is something that you did prior to falling pregnant, continuing your routine is 100% safe for you and your pregnancy, and of course, the baby."
