Enrollment is now open at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, but you might want a preview of the X-Mansion lifestyle before sending in your application.

Lucky for you, this just-released promo for X-Men: Apocalypse provides a quick glimpse at the fabulous accommodations on offer at the school.

The new video is a promo for Fables of the Flush & Fabulous, a fictitious take on Robin Leach's Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. Fittingly, Leach is in tow as the host, narrating the clip and providing a preview of the "secluded, luxurious, and oh-so mysterious" X-Mansion.

The marketing for X-Men: Apocalypse has already played up the '80s time period of the film. The latest throwback video follows a retro-styled promo for Xavier's School and a series of '80s-style X-Men album covers. They've all been fun looks at familiar recent history with Marvel's merry mutants thrown in for flavor. The movie probably won't be so lighthearted, but the marketing still gets fans geared up for its gnarly vibes.

X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters on May 27. Are you ready for another trip to Charles Xavier's mansion? Let us know in the comments.
