90s kids will undoubtedly be familiar with the acting and singing chops of Blake McIver Ewing. The child actor, who is the son of fellow actors Bill Ewing and Susie McIver, was a totally scene-stealer in the 1994 film The Little Rascals, where he played the son of Donald Trump's character, Waldo Aloysius Johnston III.

He also starred in nine episodes of Full House as Michelle's friend Derek Boyd (yes, he was the kid who "stole" her role as Yankee Doodle), as well as Recess, The Nanny, Home Improvement and Minor Adjustments.

(Yep, it appears he owned a closetful of white tuxedoes as a child!)

But after lending his voice to a 2004 episode of Father of the Pride and appearing in the Kate Hudson film Raising Helen, McIver Ewing seemed to fade away from the biz. So what is he up to these days? Well, the first thing you should know is that he's all grown up:

What a babe! Not to mention he's totally kept the Waldo hairstyle - hey, if it works, it works!

The now 31-year-old (who has since dropped the 'Ewing' from his surname) made his way back into the public eye a few years ago when he shared an "It Gets Better" video online. In the video Blake performed an original song, and explained that it was inspired by his own struggles as a gay teen, including a near suicide attempt at the age of 14.

Since then he has also graduated from UCLA's school of Theatre Film and Television and released his debut album titled The Time Manipulator.

The star has also worked his way back onto our screens starring alongside his friends Emerson Collins and Scott Nevins in the Bravo series The People's Couch, the American version of the UK's GoggleBox.

Aside from The People's Couch, McIver is also working on an upcoming comedy A Very Sordid Wedding, as well as releasing weekly YouTube videos for his series 'Sip N Sing,' which he co-hosts with Mary Lane Haskell. Give them a listen below:

So with Blake back on screens of all kinds, I guess there's only one thing left to sort - a Fuller House Season 2 guest appearance of course! If they can bring back Harry Takayama, surely they can definitely bring back Derek - even without Michelle!
