Potterheads prepare to freak out, because new promotional images for the upcoming play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child have been released, and we finally get a glimpse at the Potter family, 19 years later!

The upcoming play (sorry, it's definitely not a new movie) is preparing for a July 30 debut (the day before Harry's 36th birthday!), and the actors have no doubt been rushed off their feet rehearsing for the hordes of fans who raced to buy tickets.

But enough chat about those lucky enough to be seeing the play in the flesh. You're all here for the new images of Albus, Ginny and Harry Potter! Check them out below:

Adorable! Albus Potter is of course the cursed child of the title, and aside from Harry, it's expected that Clemmett as Albus will appear in a majority of the play's scenes.

Ginny Potter (née Weasley) — Poppy Miller

Ginny looks absolutely perfect!

Harry Potter — Jamie Parker

I'll just give you a minute to take this one in, because wow.

OK, breath caught? How perfect does Parker look as a mid-late-30s Harry?! I can barely handle.

What a great family portrait!

Of course, Harry and Ginny also have two other children (Lily and James), however, promotional images of them are yet to be released. Here's hoping we get the full family picture one day soon, but until then here is a shot of all 42 cast members!

Read the official synopsis for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child below:

It was always difficult being Harry Potter and it isn’t much easier now that he is an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband, and father of three school-age children.
While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: Sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places.

While US fans of Harry Potter may have missed out on seeing the play, which is being shown in London, the script book will be released for purchase on July 31 and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will hit cinemas on November 18.

Do you think they nailed the casting of the Potter family?
