It's time for us to get together and protest. It's simply not fair how the married father Channing Tatum is ruining our chances at romance. Once again, he's added on to the never-ending list of reasons why we love him. So, what did he do this time?
This past Thursday, Channing Tatum basically became an Ivy League alum, along with fellow artist LL Cool J and NBA players Chris Paul and Pau Gasol.
The bunch brought to life their own version of 22 Jump Street by reliving college at Harvard Business School. They completed an Executive Education course, taught by Professor Anita Elberse, entitled “Strategic Marketing in Creative Industries.”
Let's be real, is there a class you wouldn't take if Chan we're in it? Yes, apparently Chan is to be his new name from now on.
Obviously, Channing Tatum is in need of a degree on entertainment, media, and sports.
It's not like he was cast as a soccer player in She's The Man, or a basketball-playing Hip Hop dancer in Step Up (1 & 2), or an orgasm-inducing male entertainer in Magic Mike (original and XXL), or a football-playing cop in 22 Jump Street, or an action-star in a million other movies... And let's not forget his epic lip sync battles.
Regardless, Tatum is in no need of a degree, which makes it all the more endearing that he took the course. However, it appears that he schooled the school by making an example of his Beyonce performance against his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum on Spike TV's Lip Sync Battle, hosted by LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen.
In case you missed that fabulous performance, prepare to see Beyonce's direct competition:
Did you ever have this much fun in class? Having these guys around definitely gives some extra incentive for students to attend lectures. As if Harvard was in need of extra applicants...
Congratulations to the guys on the completion of the Harvard Business School's course! (See if you can spot them in this class picture)
