Star Trek the Original Series is celebrating 50 years of going where no man has gone before.
Trek Super Fan and professional artist Dusty Abell however has created the ultimate Star Trek fan poster that takes all Trekkies boldly back to were they have all gone before: all 79 TOS episodes that ran for three seasons from 1966-1969. Abell has created 123 icons that represent the most important element of each episode.
You can see a key numbered chart below. It will come in handy as you guess each reference to Star Trek mythology. Give yourself bonus points if you can name the exact episode where each image first appeared.

Dusty Abell was the production designer on Ben 10. He followed that with a Property Designer job on King of the Hill. In 2010 he started working for Warner Bros animation as a character designer. His work can be seen in Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths, Batman: Under the Red Hood, Superman/Batman: Apocalypse, Sword of the Atom, Young Justice League, Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, Justice League: Doom, All-Star Superman, Superman Unbound, Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, Son of Batman, Justice League: War, as well as Mike Tyson Mysteries. Along with Mike Timm, he worked on the Superman 75th Anniversary short.
