In the wake of a recent visit to the Justice League set, the next few hours (and days) will likely be filled with a whole lot of shiny, exciting revelations about various aspects of the movie — including, but not limited to, the Flash's kick-ass new costume, Batman's major attitude adjustment, and the question of whether J.K. Simmons' Commissioner Gordon has a mustache.
There are also a few more practical — and immediately viewable — things to have also emerged from that set visit.
And, as you can see both above and below, they're actually just as awesome as you might have imagined them to be. The logo in particular manages to be both vaguely old fashioned and pleasantly modern — and notably distinct from Marvel's visual approach, which is a nice touch.
What's more, the folks over at Warner Bros. have also released an initial synopsis for the movie, still not due for release until November 2017:
Note: Minor spoilers can be found below — proceed with caution and all that.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Directed by Zack Snyder, this marks the big screen debut of the Justice League, featuring an all-star lineup: Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher.
Now all we have to do is wait 18 months to see it. In the meantime, here's a video that will make that time pass by 100 percent more quickly:
The big question now, though? What do you think?
