It might have been five years (!!) since the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt.II, but dedication to a good old fashioned Harry Potter theme can still a pandemonium make — especially when the cutest little wizards are involved.
This is something Oregon based couple Jesse and Katherine Oldfield discovered when posting an adorable Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets photoshoot featuring their two boys, Sebastian and baby Theodore — drawing inspiration from the scene below — to Facebook after enlisting the help of Kelsey Clouse of Lune de la Rouge Photography to bring the idea to life.
The elder child, Sebastian, took on the role of Harry while Theodore took his role of the screeching Mandrake very seriously, as you can see; luckily for his parents nobody was injured by his deathly screams.
Talking to the Huffington Post, photographer Clouse dished some behind-the-scenes dirt:
“It was a bit difficult at first to convince the oldest child, Sebastian, to keep the glasses and ear muffs on, but once we did, opportunity struck!”
Like the parents, Clouse is a huge Potterhead too, which makes this shoot all the better!
“I do love Harry Potter! I have owned and read the books since they came out when I was just a little girl, and I have seen every movie at home and on the big screen.”
