DC Films has released the first official image of it's upcoming movie 'The Justice League.' The studio and Warner Brothers held a panel at San Diego Comic-Con today and brought the entire cast on stage to talk about the movie.

The image gives us our first look at the entire team together and in uniform. The Trinity of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman stand in the forefront of the image. We already got introduced to them in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, with the exception of Superman who already had his own origin story in Man of Steel. Behind these three characters we get the newcomers The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg that have yet to make their big screen debut, not counting the easter eggs in BvS.

In additional to the image, director Zack Snyder released the first footage of the movie on his Twitter in anticipation of the panel at SDCC. The footage shows how Ben Affleck's Batman tries to recruit the other members of the team.

The official synopsis for the movie was already released earlier this year.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

The movie is directed by Zack Snyder and stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher.
Justice League is set to be released November 17, 2017.
