Movies--are awesome. Let's talk about them!

Thanos has come a long way appearance-wise since The Avengers (and only appearance-wise. Still working on getting out of that chair?). He started out as a mixture of practical effects and CGI, but then was changed to complete CGI in Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Age of Ultron. But, in Avengers: Infinity War, we might get a new look all together.

Ironhead Studios (who has worked with Marvel before) released this picture of Thanos, which seems like it has more practical effects. It definitely looks much more menacing and better than the CGI looks of the previous films.

Considering how good this is with practical effects, it kind of makes me hope they use a lot of practical effects to make the movie the best it can be. However, this may not be the final look of Thanos in the Avengers: Infinity War films, but we can surely hope it is.

Now I want to hear what you think--do you hope they use more practical effects in the 'Avengers: Infinity War' movies?
